Lead finance transformation and automation initiatives within Enterprise Functions Finance using Power BI and related Microsoft technologies.
Develop and maintain advanced financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support senior leadership decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement of finance processes including planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational reviews by leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of finance experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Chartered Accountant, or related field.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, visualization, automation).
Experience with automation tools like Power Automate, Excel VBA/macros, and AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional finance transformation and reporting modernization initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
