Lead lease abstraction processes with high independence, ensuring accurate extraction and verification of critical lease data for clients.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to manage lease documentation, resolve queries, and maintain compliance with internal and external policies.
Support process documentation, mentor new team members, and contribute to quality audits and training within the Lease Administration function.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in lease abstraction, preferably in real estate commercial leases.
University graduate degree required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and experience with property management or lease administration systems.
On-site work location: Gurugram.
