Own and manage a key APAC client portfolio covering 1.4 million sqft across 44 sites in 11 countries, leading a 35-member cross-functional team.
Serve as the main relationship manager for the client’s leadership in APAC, ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations and driving continuous improvement.
Oversee financial management of the account including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and identify growth opportunities within the portfolio.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in client relationship or account management within corporate real estate or professional services.
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing large, multi-country accounts across APAC.
Location requirement: On-site in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Experienced in leading multi-country, multi-site accounts in the APAC region, familiar with cross-cultural stakeholder management.
Strong strategic relationship management and commercial acumen with demonstrated success in managing large portfolios.
