Minimum Requirements
Minimum 15 years overall experience in software engineering and delivery.
At least 8 years of hands-on development experience; minimum 5 years with Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET, Web API, IIS).
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with web services (RESTful, microservices) and 5 years management experience including minimum 2 years managing managers.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and Generative AI including LLM training, Agentic Workflows, Prompt Engineering, MCP, and RAG.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical depth and hands-on coding ability, capable of architecting and designing cloud-native applications and microservices.
Experienced in managing engineering teams with a track record of implementing software development best practices and continuous improvement.
Skilled at stakeholder management and aligning engineering strategy with business objectives and priorities.
