Lead finance operations for India and US entities, managing cash flow, payments, invoicing, statutory compliance, and treasury activities.
Own end-to-end AP, AR, treasury, compliance including GST, TDS, FEMA, payroll, monthly cash reporting, vendor management, and banking relationships.
Develop and enforce finance processes, controls, automation and internal controls to mitigate risk and support fast, disciplined financial operations.
Minimum Requirements
Chartered Accountant qualification with 5-7 years post-qualification experience, including startup or high-growth environment.
Hands-on experience managing AP, AR, month-end closes, reconciliations, vendor management.
Strong working knowledge of Indian statutory compliance: GST, TDS, FEMA and cross-border payments.
Experience with bank treasury, multi-currency payments, ERP/accounting systems, and advanced Excel or equivalent spreadsheet skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced operational finance professional accustomed to fast-paced startups or high-growth SaaS/technology companies with multi-entity setups.
Comfortable owning finance end-to-end including controls, risk prevention, process improvements, and cross-border compliance.
