Serve as the main liaison for Sales, Country Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams in processing Sales and Purchase Order requests.
Validate sales order requests with necessary approvals (e.g., GTC, ECCN, DPC, Credit Check) and ensure completion and release of purchase orders to vendors within SLA.
Track order status with vendors and communicate delivery requirements to Logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Minimum Requirements
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, IT, or Supply Chain fields.
Ability to communicate clearly in English and Malay.
Work Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in order processing or related function.

Experienced in order processing with focus on vendor management and interdepartmental coordination.
