Provide strategic leadership for Hyderabad Data Operations, overseeing master data governance, data quality, and readiness across Global Supply Chain (GSC).
Lead and influence complex cross-functional initiatives to enable digital transformation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled supply chain capabilities.
Translate global data operations strategy into Hyderabad execution plans with measurable KPIs, and develop the Hyderabad team and stakeholder data literacy.
Minimum Requirements
Degree: Master, MBA, Engineering degree, or Bachelor with equivalent experience in supply chain, management, information systems, data management, engineering, life sciences, technology, or related.
Certifications: Advanced Supply Chain Management certification (APICS CSCP/CPIM) strongly preferred; Lean Six Sigma, PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years in supply chain, data operations, master data management, data governance, or related business functions.
Experience leading and influencing operational teams and cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrixed environment with stakeholder alignment.

Deep expertise in supply chain master data structures, governance, lifecycle management, and supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or similar launch readiness.
Strong strategic and operational execution skills, including roadmap development, stakeholder engagement, change leadership in digital and AI-driven data environments.
