Process Value Engineer

Lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of Global Supply Chain business process management capabilities and operating models.

Drive digital transformation initiatives, automation, process intelligence, and adoption of new processes/tools across Global Supply Chain.

Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure measurable value realization from process and digital transformations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; Master’s preferred.

7+ years experience in business process management, supply chain operations, digital transformation, or related fields; life sciences/pharmaceutical experience preferred.

Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 process modeling and enterprise process management platforms (e.g., ADONIS, ARIS, Signavio).

Experience establishing process governance frameworks, lifecycle management, and leading enterprise process excellence initiatives.

Experienced in leading complex, cross-functional digital and process transformation initiatives within large/global supply chain or regulated environments.

Strong skills in translating business needs into scalable process architectures and operating models that deliver measurable value.

Comfortable influencing stakeholders across organizational boundaries and managing change in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
