Lead prioritization of client requests, projects, and service tasks for the Splunk team.
Define processes and procedures for internal projects in collaboration with management and engineers.
Provide technical escalation, mentorship to junior engineers, and conduct client onboarding and training on SIEM products.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of professional experience managing and maintaining SIEM systems.
2-3 years of experience with networks and network architecture.
1+ year professional experience writing SIEM content specifically for Splunk.
Ability to work on-site in Bangalore 3 days per week with shift flexibility including days, mid shifts, and nights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in Splunk Enterprise Security including asset & identity and threat intelligence frameworks.
Proficient in writing complex regular expressions and building advanced correlation rules for threat detection.
Experienced in implementing and configuring Splunk CORE, Enterprise Security, and managing Splunk Search Head and Indexer Clusters in enterprise or government environments.
