Configure, test, and maintain Workday business processes, approvals, validations, and security roles; support biannual Workday software releases and integrations.
Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and continuous improvement in Workday workflows and payroll operations.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years hands-on Workday HCM experience with direct ownership of business process configuration and payroll processing.
Production Workday Payroll experience including pay calculation validation and parallel testing.
Experience with Core HCM, position management, compensation, absence, benefits, security roles, and EIB/integration data validation.
Workday Payroll and HCM certifications; Higher education domain experience and ACA/HR compliance reporting experience.
