Develop and manage Business Intelligence (BI) solutions across Operations using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, and R/Python.
Collaborate with business, middle office, and engineering teams to understand trade lifecycle and develop scalable data-driven processes supporting clients and internal stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and risk mitigation by delivering actionable data insights and managing stakeholder engagement and prioritization toward business goals.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Digital Transformation.
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and data analytics tools such as Alteryx or Power BI.
Ability to work in a high-risk environment, managing deadlines and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience supporting Financial Operations or similar functions, preferably at least 1 year.
Familiarity with project management and documentation tools like JIRA or Confluence, along with knowledge of predictive analytics (Alteryx, Python, R).
Operates effectively at the intersection of business and technology, focusing on scalable BI solutions and risk mitigation in complex financial operations.
