Coordinate delivery of data platform and AI engineering initiatives leveraging Databricks Lakehouse components (Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, DLT, Workflows).
Manage technical risk, dependencies, and program artifacts (risk registers, status reports) to keep projects tracked and unblocked.
Run Agile ceremonies and liaise across technical and non-technical stakeholders including vendors, architects, and business teams to align on timelines, scope, and readiness activities.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience coordinating technical programs or projects, ideally in AI/Data engineering, platform, or cloud environments.
Working knowledge of Databricks Lakehouse architecture (Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Delta Live Tables), core Spark concepts, and CI/CD processes.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet, including managing technical program management artifacts like burndown charts and dependency maps.
Familiarity with AI/GenAI enablement concepts (e.g., LangChain, vector databases, Databricks Genie).
Ideal Candidate Profile
