Mentor engineering teams, guide incident response, drive automation via Python, and apply AI/ML techniques for observability and operational analytics.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military, or education.
Strong proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk in production environments.
Experience supporting large-scale, regulated, or globally distributed systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Platform Engineering with strong operational leadership in incident management and reliability initiatives.
Proficient with observability best practices, including building custom Prometheus exporters, advanced Grafana dashboards, and Splunk expertise for log pipelines and alert correlation.
Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, distributed systems, cloud platforms, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and operationalizing ML models (AIOps) in production environments.
