Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline is mandatory.
Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience; overall experience range mentioned is 10 to 14 years.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Lease Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, General Ledger Accounting, Financial Close Processes, Reconciliations, and Internal Controls.
Experience with Oracle R12 or similar ERP platforms is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing lease accounting and fixed asset processes within multinational or SOX-compliant environments.
Familiarity with ASC 842 and/or IFRS 16 lease accounting standards and commonly used tools like ProLease, Oracle Fixed Assets, Hyperion, or BlackLine.
Capable of driving process improvements, automation, and collaborating effectively across functions including Facilities, Procurement, Tax, Legal, and Finance.
