Monitor and continuously improve risk controls, identify gaps and emerging risks, and drive process enhancements.
Analyze root causes and leverage data-driven insights to recommend solutions and optimize risk processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years relevant experience in Risk Management, Risk Operations, Analysis, Controls, Business Process Management, or Project Management.
Strong operational and policy knowledge related to risk processes and controls.
Technical skills including proficiency in SQL, Excel (PivotTables), and Tableau or similar visualization tools.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in eBay’s trust and risk policies or similar policy enforcement and risk operations roles.
Capable of managing multiple priorities with strong project and change management skills in dynamic environments.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and globally, with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate remotely.
