Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in audience-related analytics.
Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business Analytics, or MBA with strong analytical focus preferred.
Deep understanding of commerce or retail media domain, digital media and marketing ecosystem, including key KPIs (ROAS, Impressions, CTR, CPA).
Proficiency in advanced analytics (statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, experimental design) and experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced analyst with strong expertise in commerce media and digital marketing, familiar with various marketing channels and media buy models.
Hands-on proficiency in building audience segments using first-party data and privacy-safe environments, and developing attribution models including A/B testing and incrementality.
Skilled in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation, with ability to integrate complex data sources to inform strategic decisions on campaign and customer engagement effectiveness.
