About This Role
- Oversee daily transactional activities related to trade confirmation, process, settlement, and reporting for investment management clients.
- Act as primary contact for internal and external clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and adherence to client SLA’s.
- Participate in broker reviews, market initiative setups, and support audit and risk management initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of prior business experience including at least 2 years in Investment Management industry.
- Minimum of Associate degree required; BS/BA degree preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts as per business requirements.
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
