Oversee daily transactional activities related to trade confirmation, process, settlement, and reporting for investment management clients.
Act as primary contact for internal and external clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and adherence to client SLA’s.
Participate in broker reviews, market initiative setups, and support audit and risk management initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of prior business experience including at least 2 years in Investment Management industry.
Minimum of Associate degree required; BS/BA degree preferred.
Must be willing and able to work night shifts as per business requirements.
Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
