Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years system engineering experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years skilled system engineering experience.
Minimum 3+ years experience with Java and Spring Boot for enterprise-grade services.
Proven experience with microservices-based cloud-native application design and development.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years system engineering (Bachelor's) or 7+ years (High School Diploma/GED).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and operating cloud-native microservices applications on platforms like AWS or PCF.
Has strong technical leadership skills demonstrated via code and architecture reviews and process implementation (CI/CD).
Familiarity or experience with financial services applications and modern development practices including security, observability, and AI tools concepts is advantageous but not mandatory.
