Lead the development and maintenance of OT cybersecurity hardening standards, reference architectures, and deployment methodologies for industrial control systems.
Serve as the primary technical advisor for global cybersecurity services team, providing architecture reviews, technical guidance, and training.
Drive and support full lifecycle cybersecurity services at customer sites including risk assessments, remediation, consulting, and delivery of technical training programs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
8-10 years overall experience in OT/ICS Cybersecurity, Industrial Automation, and Control systems.
At least 3 years of experience performing cybersecurity services at customer sites, preferably in ICS environments.
3+ years experience with ICS/OT system design and implementation, network architecture, and familiarity with SCADA/ICS protocols.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in creating cybersecurity reference architectures and translating standards like IEC 62443 into operational guidance for ICS/OT environments.
Skilled in leading complex cybersecurity projects, driving global team alignment without direct authority, and delivering technical training.
Deep technical expertise in ICS/OT security protocols, network security, and regulatory standards such as NERC-CIP, IEC 62351, IEC 62443, and NIST 800-53.
