Lead and grow DevOps and SRE teams across Las Vegas and Bengaluru, building self-sustaining pods with clear on-call ownership and no single points of failure.
Own platform reliability, including SLAs, incident response, and escalation for P0/P1 events, improving mean-time-to-detect and mean-time-to-resolve.
Manage infrastructure architecture reviews with product teams, infrastructure Opex budget for $250k+ annual cloud spend reductions, CI/CD platform reliability, security/compliance coordination, and technical mentorship.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of infrastructure engineering experience with public cloud at scale.
5+ years running Kubernetes workloads in production, preferably EKS.
Proven experience with CI/CD platforms like ArgoCD or GitHub Actions and observability stacks for distributed systems.
Location: Hybrid role in Bengaluru, India; Travel less than 10%.

Experienced leader managing globally distributed DevOps/SRE teams with asynchronous communication and on-call design expertise.
