Minimum Requirements
6-8 years software development experience with minimum 4 years hands-on Flutter development.
Strong proficiency in Dart and experience with state management frameworks like Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX.
Experience integrating location services: Google Maps SDK, Mapbox SDK, GPS services, geocoding, route planning, real-time tracking, geofencing.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience building mobility, logistics, ride-sharing, fleet management, delivery, or GIS-based mobile applications.
Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Repository Pattern) and mobile security best practices.
Proven ability to lead technical discussions, optimize real-time location apps, and mentor junior developers in agile environments.
