Lead and manage a team of Oracle APEX developers responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications.
Define and enforce application architecture, development standards, security frameworks, and integration patterns ensuring scalability and performance.
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders for translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensure delivery excellence including DevOps and CI/CD adoption.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information systems/technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5 to 7 years of relevant work experience with demonstrated leadership in system design and technical team management.
Extensive technical experience with Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, application security, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience in defining technical standards, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
