Own migration of complex automations from Automation Anywhere to Python on Genpact’s Convergence platform, ensuring functional equivalence.
Lead quality assurance by reviewing junior engineers’ code, enforcing coding and audit standards, and implementing automated test coverage.
Mentor team members, resolve critical automation issues, and enhance automation resilience, monitoring, and logging within an Agile AI-assisted development environment.
Minimum Requirements
Strong professional software engineering experience with production-grade Python and object-oriented programming.
Experience migrating, refactoring, or rebuilding complex codebases with strong testing discipline and ability to prove code correctness.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) for global collaboration.
Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced hands-on technical leader comfortable with AI coding assistants and rigorous code review processes in an Agile delivery model.
Demonstrated capability in handling production software operations including monitoring, incident response, and operational support.
Track record of mentoring or leading junior engineers and migrating RPA automations to code.
