Minimum Requirements
5-7 years relevant experience with at least 5 years hands-on with Microsoft Intune or MEM for software distribution, patch management, and device compliance.
Experience supporting large multi-platform (Windows, mobile) enterprise environments with 3-5 years in this domain.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with Azure AD, Autopilot, Microsoft Graph API for device lifecycle management and automation.
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise support processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Asset & Configuration Management.
Strong knowledge of Intune architecture including device enrollment, compliance policies, software deployment, and security updates.
Operates well in roles requiring leadership in incident resolution, workflow improvements, and cross-platform software deployment in enterprise environments.
