Support design, implementation, and monitoring of IT controls across Unilever's digital landscape ensuring SOX compliance.
Lead remediation of control deficiencies and coordinate with auditors to defend Unilever's control position.
Drive continuous improvement in control design, automation, and risk awareness, partnering across functions including Infra, Privacy, Standards, and Inventory.
Minimum Requirements
6 to 8 years of experience in IT and Cybersecurity with understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO27000, CIS) and standards (GDPR, SOX, PCI).
Knowledge and experience in operational risk management, controls, and driving IT & Cyber Automation.
Availability to join immediately or with a maximum notice period of 30 days.
Certifications such as Security+, CISA, CISM, or CISSP associate/professional preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing SOX compliance and IT General Controls (ITGCs) with strong stakeholder management and audit coordination skills.
Technically adept with knowledge of automation technologies (APIs, data pipelines) enabling real-time telemetry ingestion and correlation.
Capable of influencing decision-making across functions without direct authority and thriving in complex, cross-functional environments.
