Implement, configure, maintain, and support LAN, wireless, Cisco routers, HPE Aruba, and FortiGate firewall network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance and availability, proactively resolve network incidents within SLA, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Manage network changes per change management procedures, maintain up-to-date network documentation, and coordinate with vendors/service providers.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on network engineering experience in enterprise network environments.
Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches, FortiGate firewalls, VLAN, routing, switching, and VPN technologies (IPSec and SSL VPN).
Working knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
Experience with network monitoring tools and network troubleshooting including packet-level analysis (Wireshark preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience supporting production or manufacturing enterprise networks with strong operational stability focus.
Familiarity with Cisco, Fortinet, HPE Aruba technologies and change management/ITSM processes.
Able to independently manage network operations, perform incident response with root cause analysis, and coordinate vendor support effectively.
