Lead end-to-end requirement gathering and translate ambiguous AI/automation business needs into detailed, sprint-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage stakeholder relationships across business, technology, compliance, and vendors to align priorities into a product roadmap.
Partner with data science and engineering teams to define AI feature success criteria, drive UAT planning and execution, and monitor post-launch performance for iterative improvements.
Minimum Requirements
8–15 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Program Management in technology-driven environments.
Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
Working knowledge of AI/ML product concepts and Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Work Experience Required: 8–15 years; Location: Pune.
