Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale AI, Agentic AI, and Salesforce initiatives, managing scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive collaboration across business, product owners, architects, Salesforce teams, data teams, and AI specialists.
Monitor project health via KPIs and governance, mitigate delivery risks, and support organizational change management and user adoption.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years overall IT delivery experience, specifically as Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.
Mandatory hands-on Salesforce project delivery experience including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce, or integrations.
Experience managing or coordinating AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Copilot, RAG, or intelligent automation initiatives.
Availability to join immediately up to a 30-day notice period; Location: Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with multiple global workstreams.
Proven expertise managing complex Salesforce ecosystem projects with cross-functional teams including AI-focused initiatives.
Holds relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP, or SAFe and has strong stakeholder and delivery governance skills.
