Design and execute end-to-end test strategies for complex autonomous AI systems including Agentic AI pipelines and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Own AI safety, performance, reliability, and security testing including red-teaming, adversarial testing, and load/stress testing of AI-powered APIs and services.
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and evaluation pipelines integrated with CI/CD for continuous validation of AI models and agent systems.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
8+ years of experience in software or AI/ML quality engineering.
3+ years hands-on experience with RAG systems or Agentic AI testing.
Proven experience building automated test frameworks for non-deterministic AI systems and strong background in performance testing and AI safety/security assessments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and validating test strategies for modern AI architectures including multi-agent workflows and RAG pipelines in production environments.
Strong expertise in AI safety, security testing, and performance engineering focused on distributed AI systems at scale.
