Own end-to-end programs for data platform development including data-source onboarding, processing, quality, governance, access, and adoption in India.
Manage roadmaps, dependencies, risks, release readiness, and post-launch measurement without direct reports, but with clear accountability.
Collaborate deeply with engineering and cross-functional teams to challenge technical plans, resolve blockers, and improve program management practices locally.
Minimum Requirements
11+ years total professional experience: minimum 7 years hands-on technical individual contributor (e.g., software or data engineering) and 4+ years technical program or project management.
Experience managing data platform, data pipeline, data governance, or distributed system delivery programs.
Ability to read architecture diagrams and hold technical discussions on design, trade-offs, dependencies, and operational risks.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior TPM who can own complex, cross-team technical delivery end-to-end without direct authority.
Technical depth and credibility in data platforms and engineering enough to challenge designs and balance risk.
