Design AI-driven user journeys and interaction models focused on human-centered and AI-aware experiences, ensuring consistency across multiple touchpoints (chat, web, mobile, notifications).

Minimum Requirements
8 years of relevant experience in UX design with emphasis on AI and conversational experiences.
Bachelor's degree required; B Tech or M Tech specified in the JD.
Proficient in UX Design, AI UX Design, Figma, journey mapping, user research, and stakeholder management.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with data-rich, AI-enabled systems.
