Deputy Project Manager

Manage and oversee projects related to water distillation unit operation, water sampling, and environmental sample handling.

Ensure proper operation, routine maintenance, and record-keeping for laboratory instruments and facilities.

Coordinate bacterial/microbiological analysis activities and contribute to laboratory maintenance tasks.

Either CA/ICWA/CS or Postgraduate degree (MBA/MCA/M.Com/M.Sc./MA) with 5 years relevant experience at an appropriate level in government, educational institute, or reputed organization; OR Graduate degree (B.Sc./BA/B.Com/BBA/BCA/LLB) with 8 years relevant experience similarly.

Experience or knowledge in operation and maintenance of water distillation units, sampling of drinking water and wastewater, bacterial/microbiological analysis, and laboratory maintenance.

Appointment is on a one-year contractual basis, potentially extendable based on performance.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (for postgraduates) or 8 years (for graduates) in relevant roles.

Experienced in project management or operational roles involving environmental science or laboratory environments, especially water quality analysis.

Capability to handle multiple technical responsibilities including instrument maintenance, sample handling, and data record-keeping in a structured setting.

Experience or background in government, academic, or reputed organizational environments with demonstrated communication skills.
