Develops and executes program plans including schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risk mitigation for multiple small or single medium/complex hardware programs.
Monitors program metrics such as budget, on-time delivery, and achievement of milestones; escalates deviations and proposes corrective actions.
Interfaces with internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership to drive alignment and communicate program status effectively.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
Minimum 4 years of program management or related work experience specifically in the hardware field.
Good understanding and hands-on experience with RTL-to-GDSII flow in at least one hardware domain.
Work Experience Required: 4+ years in Program Management or related role in hardware domain.

Experience managing multiple small to complex hardware programs independently with moderate impact decision-making authority.
Experienced in stakeholder management including interaction with senior leadership and managing cross-functional teams in large matrixed organizations.
