Lead ideation, planning, and execution of Providence Healthcare Intelligence products using cloud, big data, data science, and modern software methodologies.
Own product roadmaps, feature prioritization, design sprints, user testing, and translating business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, mentor product managers, and report progress to senior leadership.
Accountable for product innovation, delivery estimates, team integrity, and decision making for multi-year healthcare intelligence initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years in product design and engineering, with at least 6 years in product management, especially in data products.
Deep knowledge of the US healthcare system, care delivery models, and compliance aspects.
Experience with healthcare and life sciences technology product planning and implementation.
Position based in Hyderabad with flexible shifts to accommodate North American meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, startup-mode environments, structuring open-ended problems and deriving user needs from data.
Capable of owning long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex healthcare data products, working autonomously across multiple fast-paced projects.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to present product strategy and documentation effectively to both technical and business audiences.
