Product Analyst

Own and execute rigorous, code-mixed-aware data analysis for voice AI product decisions focusing on model benchmarking, ASR/voice evaluation, and product usage insights.

Build and maintain evaluation infrastructure including LLM-as-judge pipelines and inter-rater reliability analysis across multilingual, vernacular voice data.

Generate recurring, actionable dashboards and reports for product, ML, and infrastructure teams to inform roadmap and operational improvements.

0–2 years of experience in data/product analyst or applied ML-related roles; open to new graduates and early-career professionals.

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (including pandas) with ability to independently write and debug queries and scripts.

Solid statistical fundamentals including hypothesis testing and agreement metrics; ability to learn complex concepts like inter-rater reliability quickly.

Native or near-native fluency in Hindi or another Indian language plus English; capable of reading and labeling code-mixed or Hinglish text.

Analytical operator comfortable working with ambiguous, complex real-world data and escalating issues clearly without full resolutions.

Demonstrated ability or strong interest in evaluation of LLMs, speech/ASR metrics, and product or growth analytics including funnel and cohort analyses.

Effective at building repeatable analysis and reporting processes rather than one-off ad hoc work; able to translate data into prioritized, actionable insights for multiple stakeholder teams.
