Own and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for assigned projects, ensuring team adherence to Scrum practices and alignment with project goals.
Act as the primary Scrum advocate and liaison between the Scrum team and stakeholders, managing dependencies and communication through Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning.
Monitor and mitigate risks or roadblocks proactively to ensure timely delivery and support the Product Owner in maintaining an updated product backlog for transparency.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile project management role.
Proven experience facilitating Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) for planning and tracking Agile projects.
Work Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in Scrum Master/Agile project roles.
