Own and manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle of business transformation programs in banking/financial services.
Define and drive program governance including risk and issue management, executive reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
Plan and control resources, budgets, financial performance, and change management to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of work experience, preferably in banking or financial services domain.
Strong expertise in project governance, risk and issue management, executive reporting, and project planning tools like Jira, Confluence, Clarity (preferred).
Experience managing full program lifecycle and multiple stakeholders in a delivery-focused PMO role.
Notice period: Immediate to 30 days.

Experienced Senior PMO with demonstrated ownership beyond coordination and ability to translate program outcomes into business value.
Governance-focused mindset suitable for complex banking transformation initiatives, familiar with frameworks like HSBC Change Framework, SAFE, AGILE.
