Lead design, development, integration, and enhancement of IDE and developer tooling solutions to improve developer experience and productivity.
Provide technical leadership for IDE plugins, extensions, developer workflows, and related software delivery efficiency workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Platform, Security, and Product teams to deliver effective tooling solutions and lead engineering standards and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of overall software engineering experience.
Strong experience with IDE platforms like IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio / VS Code, Eclipse including plugin/extension development or integration.
Proven ability in technical design and architectural decisions for complex developer tooling solutions.
Work Mode: Hybrid, requiring presence at client office in Vadodara.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developer tooling and engineering productivity solutions with a strong understanding of modern software development workflows including Git, CI/CD, build automation.
Technical leader comfortable mentoring engineers and driving engineering standards across teams.
Background or interest in large-scale enterprise engineering environments and integration of IDEs with DevOps, security scanning, and observability tools, ideally in Payments/FinTech.
