Lead delivery of complex SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management) initiatives including design, configuration, testing, and integration within S/4HANA and ECC systems.
Own solution architecture and technical leadership for SAP functional modules and integrations, ensuring compliance with risk management and operational efficiency goals.
Serve as subject matter expert and technical lead interfacing with business stakeholders, mentoring engineers, and driving cross-team collaboration for lease accounting compliance (FASB 842 & IFRS16) and S/4HANA transformation activities.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of specialty software engineering experience including SAP configuration and technology delivery in large corporate environments.
5+ years hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA core modules, data integration solutions, BTP, Fiori, SAP Workflow, and RISE.
Experience leading full lifecycle R/3/ECC to S/4HANA migration projects as Technical Lead with portfolio including FI, FICO, MM, PS, Ariba, RE-FX and related modules.
