Lead engineering, integration, commissioning, and optimization of OpenBlue Central Utility Plant (CUP) solutions for district energy and chiller plants globally.
Own project execution ensuring alignment with customer objectives, schedules, and performance goals while driving energy savings, reduced water use, and lower carbon impact.
Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, coordinate with stakeholders and contractors, and ensure system functionality through testing and troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
8+ years of experience in building automation controls engineering, programming, and commissioning.
Proven experience commissioning central utility plant control systems, including startup for at least five live critical facility projects.
Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international assignments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building automation protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks, with strong energy modeling and chiller plant optimization skills.
Has demonstrated technical leadership and ability to establish engineering standards while mentoring technical staff.
Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project and adept at coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
