Apply IS knowledge to design, develop, and support implementation activities including infrastructure provisioning, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, assist with defect management, and conduct training for smooth adoption.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT discipline preferred or minimum 3 years relevant experience.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, networking, integrations, and application development.
Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years relevant experience or equivalent education.
