Act as single point of contact for Workspace needs, occupant and guest experience within assigned office floors.
Drive consistent implementation of Workspace activities and client initiatives, supporting Global Real Estate (GRE) team at site level.
Manage service quality, handle service requests, coordinate with partners, plan engagement events, and proactively resolve workspace issues on the go.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience in hospitality industry (hotels, aviation, coworking spaces).
Must be flexible to work all shifts (morning, afternoon, night) as per business needs.
Location: On-site Hyderabad, Telangana State, India.
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Customer-focused with hospitality-oriented communication skills and ability to manage client relationships at all levels including seniors.
Experience in operational team leadership, able to train and promote collaborative relationships across multiple teams.
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and capability to handle multiple complex operational matters daily in fast-paced environments.
