Ensure operational maintenance of electromechanical/utilities services during assigned shift by managing technical staff and assets.

Support Property Manager by conducting risk assessments, managing escalations, handling safety procedures, and reporting on maintenance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in Real Estate, Hotel, or Construction Industry.
Role is fully on-site in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Scheduled weekly working hours: 48.
