Manage the entire insurance lifecycle for Asia Pacific region including renewals, coverage changes, additions and deletions.
Provide guidance on benefits policies, resolve employee and manager queries, and administer voluntary/country-specific benefits such as NPS, Provident Fund, and Worker’s Compensation.
Oversee the car lease program and manage employee transactions related to benefits and leave on Workday HR system.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
1-3 years of experience in HR or client services role preferred.
Experience with Workday HR environment or similar HR ERP desirable.
Location: Remote – Gurugram.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience in benefits administration and compliance across diverse regulatory environments in Asia Pacific.
Strong analytical skills with focus on data management, compliance monitoring, and vendor management.
Ability to manage multiple HR administration programs end-to-end and serve as primary contact for benefits-related employee queries.
