About This Role
- Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities coordinating with Technology teams to implement new or revised application systems and programs.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations, ensuring performance optimization and data accuracy.
- Integrate and leverage agentic AI tools and platforms through advanced prompt engineering to enhance development and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 11-17 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications with proven project management and leadership skills.
- Work Experience Required: 11-17 years relevant experience.

- Experienced in managing and implementing successful software development projects with strong application design insight.
- Subject Matter Expert in Applications Development with ability to lead, mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
- Able to integrate AI tools and data visualization technologies effectively within enterprise application environments.
