Manage reconciliation and processing of positions related to Corporate Action and Proxy events including communication revisions and posting facilitation.
Review all Corporate Action/Proxy event details to ensure accurate understanding and processing requirements.
Liaise with internal units to reconcile instructions, execute client votes, resolve discrepancies, update procedures, and participate in system testing and enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
0-2 years relevant experience in asset servicing or related operations.
Bachelor’s or University degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of multiple investment instruments including Equity securities, Fixed Income, and Asset Backed securities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word required; Access desired).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience or interest in corporate actions and proxy processing within financial services operations.
Comfortable working with data reconciliation, process updates, and cross-department coordination.
