Develop and maintain automated test suites across UI, API, and backend layers to ensure high-quality software delivery for Aladdin platforms focused on Wealth and Asset Management workflows.
Own and evolve test framework architecture including UI automation (Playwright preferred), Selenium API and backend testing; implement robust error reporting and failure analysis.
Leverage AI to accelerate testing cycles, optimize test design and execution, and enhance overall product quality and team productivity.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (B.E./B.Tech./MCA).
At least 4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within financial services (Investment Banking, Asset Management).
Strong experience in test automation development and execution, including UI testing and testing methodologies (test plan, strategy, RTM).
Work location requirement: Must work at least 4 days per week in office under hybrid model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience working with automation frameworks and programming languages such as TypeScript (preferred), Java, C#, or Go in financial services environments.
Demonstrated ability to apply AI-driven techniques for test automation, failure analysis, and continuous improvement.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with developers and product managers to identify quality risks and ensure comprehensive validation.
