Manage and lead the Vulnerability Management engineering team to deliver high-quality, innovative backend software solutions using Python and Go.
Define and execute technical and product roadmaps in collaboration with architects and product managers, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and vulnerability management goals.
Mentor team members, establish career development plans, and drive continuous process improvements while ensuring adherence to security standards and full software development lifecycle.
Oversee team operations including resource management, budget approval, and compliance with ISMS regulations and secure coding practices.
Minimum Requirements
10 to 15 years of relevant professional experience.
At least 1 year of people management experience involving mentoring and developing team members.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Strong backend development skills in Python and Go, hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, automation testing tools, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and familiarity with cybersecurity vulnerability/exposure management.
