Execute and mature Unilever's offensive security program through hands-on penetration testing and red teaming support.
Coordinate with external vendors/MSSPs to ensure quality, coverage, and timely delivery of security assessments.
Manage vulnerability lifecycle including validation, risk prioritization, remediation tracking, and operation of deception technology platforms.
Minimum Requirements
5–8 years experience in Offensive Security, Application Security, or Penetration Testing.
Hands-on expertise in manual penetration testing for web, API, and mobile environments.
Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK framework, cloud security vulnerabilities (Azure/AWS/GCP), and vulnerability management.
Work Location: Bangalore (UniOps Bangalore)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in attacker-driven security testing with strong technical fundamentals across multiple offensive security streams.
Capable of coordinating across internal teams and external vendors to ensure comprehensive and accurate pentesting lifecycle management.
Comfortable in environments involving cloud security, AI, factory OT systems, and deception technology platforms.
