Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex, strategic initiatives within Corporate Property Services technology, translating business needs into clear, prioritised requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and external vendors to ensure solutions are commercially viable, technically feasible, and effectively delivered.
Drive requirements lifecycle from definition through to solution validation, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement, incorporating process optimisation and best practices in business analysis.
Minimum Requirements
10-12 years of business analysis experience, preferably in financial services or similarly complex environments.
Strong competencies in process design, BRD creation, business modelling, data analysis (including SQL fundamentals), and user story development.
Experience working in Agile, SAFe, Lean, Six Sigma, or hybrid delivery frameworks; proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate requirements and interface alignments; strong understanding of enterprise architecture and data flows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large, cross-system projects requiring complex business and technical analysis within financial services or corporate enabler domains.
Able to operate as a critical interface among business, technology teams, and external vendors with a strong focus on solution delivery and continuous improvement.
Skilled in using advanced BA techniques such as AI-enabled analysis, rapid prototyping, process mining, with a strong orientation toward detail and quality in delivery.
